When you receive the Livera Track device, the box will contain a subscription terms document. You can send us the signed document (by email or WhatsApp) along with your address proof and ID proof copies. Upon receiving these, we will send you your unique Livera Track Device ID and password for you to start.

When you receive the Livera Track Device, the box shall contain a brief installation guide to help you get started. Here is a quick summary of the steps:
1. Find port in your car
2. Plug Device into the port
3. Install and Sign Up in App on your mobile
4. Set up your car details and link it to the Device using the Device ID and Password.
5. Start Driving and see your car Location and other information in the App

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by email to us at cto.thakur@gmail.com If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, then it will be treated as a return.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cto.thakur@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a duration of 10 working days.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Livera Track is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Vehicle comes to the Exit point of the plant area
Step-5
Vehicle goes to the unloading point, after unloading
It may again come to the plant for next trip
